Appointment Setter – Cold Outreach for Meta Ads Agency (Paid per Booked Call)

I run a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads management agency helping lead generation companies lower their cost-per-lead and scale lead volume. I'm looking for an experienced cold caller to generate qualified leads and book calls with potential clients. Fully remote and async — no meetings required with me, just outreach and booking. Who we target: Lead generation companies running Meta lead ads in industries like solar, roofing, home services (HVAC, plumbing), — typically spending at least a few thousand dollars a month on Meta ads. What you'll do: Cold call lead generation companies matching the above profile Use the Meta Ads Library to identify companies actively running lead ads (I can provide a lead list, or you can source your own if you have a proven method) Qualify leads (confirm current ad spend, decision-making authority, and interest in improving cost-per-lead) Book qualified calls directly onto my Calendly Log every call attempt and outcome in a shared tracking sheet Who you are: Proven experience with B2B cold calling, ideally for marketing, ads, or agency services Comfortable using a dialer (or willing to use the one I provide) Organized and able to track your own outreach results independently Bonus: experience selling into solar, roofing, home services, insurance, or similar lead gen verticals Pay structure: $15–20 per qualified booked call (paid via Upwork milestone once the call is confirmed booked and attended) Starting trial: $150–300 for a batch of 10–15 calls, to evaluate fit before scaling up Opportunity to move to a larger ongoing arrangement, including closed-deal bonuses, once we've worked together successfully To apply, please answer the screening questions below — no calls needed for this hiring process either, everything is handled here on Upwork.
