Appointment Setter Digital Marketing

Clickmatix is a fast-growing Melbourne-based digital marketing agency recognized for SEO, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns. We’re hiring a remote, part-time Appointment Setter who thrives in a target-driven environment and enjoys speaking with business owners. The Role: As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be the first point of contact, engaging with warm leads, understanding their needs, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team to drive revenue. Shift: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM (Melbourne Time) Working Hours: 4 hours/day (Part-Time) What We’re Looking For: - Experience in appointment setting or phone sales (must) - Strong communication and confidence on calls - Ability to handle 100+ calls/day - Self-motivated and target-driven - Comfortable working remotely and independently - Team player with a positive attitude - Basic digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Google Ads) is a plus What You’ll Do: - Make 100+ outbound calls daily - Must have experience in the digital marketing industry as an appointment setter - Book 3-4 qualified appointments daily that show up - Support 4+ monthly closed deals - Update CRM with accurate notes and outcomes - Build rapport and understand client needs - Collaborate with sales team to improve conversions
