As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Appointment Setter / Enrollment Coordinator to become an important part of our enrollment team. About the Role You will often be the first human interaction prospective students have with our Academy. This is NOT a high-pressure sales role. Your responsibility is to build relationships, answer questions, follow up with prospects, identify qualified candidates, and help schedule discovery calls with our founder and/or enrollment team. You will be speaking with professionals, aspiring consultants, coaches, and entrepreneurs who have expressed interest in our programs from our proven webinar funnel landing page and through their process with us. Your goal is to help the right people take the next step. Responsibilities: -Follow up with webinar registrants and leads -Call, text, and email prospective students -Build rapport and establish trust -Answer basic questions about our programs -Qualify prospects using provided criteria -Schedule discovery calls -Follow up with no-shows and unresponsive leads -Maintain CRM records and notes -Coordinate with our team through Slack and ClickUp -Help improve appointment show rates Required Experience: Please apply only if you have experience in one or more of the following: -Appointment setting -Enrollment coordination -High-ticket coaching programs -Consulting businesses -Webinar funnels -Mastermind programs -Online education companies -Lead nurturing and follow-up What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is: -Highly personable and professional -An excellent communicator -Fluent/exceptional in spoken and written English -Comfortable speaking with professionals and executives -Organized and detail-oriented -Consistent with follow-up -Coachable and open to feedback -Reliable and proactive -Passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development The ideal candidate will have experience with: GoHighLevel ClickUp Slack Coaching or consulting businesses Webinar-based sales funnels Compensation: We are open to discussing compensation structures, including: -Hourly -Monthly retainer -Appointment bonuses -Performance incentives This will initially be a part-time role with the opportunity to grow as lead volume increases. What Success Looks Like A successful candidate will: -Respond quickly to new leads -Consistently follow up with prospects -Increase appointment booking rates -Improve appointment show rates -Maintain excellent CRM hygiene -Represent The True Success Academy professionally and positively Required Video Application (2-3 Minutes) Please submit a 2-3 minute video and answer the following: 1.)
