Appointment Setter / Lead Generation Specialist (Remote) — Restaurant Marketing Agency About us: StopScrolling is a marketing agency that helps restaurants and F&B venues get more bookings through targeted Meta ads. We're growing and looking for a driven appointment setter to book qualified sales calls with restaurant owners and decision-makers. The role: You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients. Your job is to find and reach out to restaurant owners, start conversations, and book them onto sales calls with our team. You won't be closing deals, just opening doors and filling the calendar with qualified prospects. What you'll do: Identify and research restaurant and F&B prospects (we'll show you how) Reach out via LinkedIn, email, Instagram and other channels Start genuine conversations and qualify prospects Book qualified prospects onto sales calls Follow up consistently with warm leads Keep our CRM/pipeline organised and up to date What we're looking for: Fluent, natural written English Confident, personable communicator who can start conversations without sounding like a robot Self-motivated and consistent (this role rewards daily effort) Organised and good at follow-up Bonus: experience in appointment setting, sales development, or the restaurant/hospitality industry Bonus: familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, Sales Navigator, or cold email What we offer: Base pay / commission structure Performance bonuses for booked calls that show up / convert Remote, flexible working Full training on our outreach system and scripts Room to grow as the agency scales How to apply: Send a short message telling us why you'd be great at this, plus any relevant experience.
