Appointment Setter – High Earning Potential (Remote) Are you great at starting conversations and turning interest into appointments? We're looking for motivated and confident Appointment Setters to help book qualified appointments on our calendar for our growing recruiting and sports-related business. If you're a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and isn't afraid to reach out, this can be a very lucrative opportunity. What You'll Do: Reach out to potential clients through social media, text, email, and other outreach methods Engage prospects and build rapport Qualify leads using our simple process Schedule appointments directly on our calendar Follow up with interested prospects Track conversations and appointments What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills Positive attitude and self-motivation Reliable internet connection and computer/phone Sales or appointment-setting experience is a plus (but not required) Ability to work independently and hit goals Compensation: 💰 Three Pay Models Model #1: $10/hr and no commission Model #2: $5/hr + $10 commission on every booked appointment that shows Model #3: No hourly + $50 commission on every booked appointment that shows Let us know which model you're interested in.
