Job Description About Just Start Media Just Start Media is a digital marketing agency that helps businesses generate leads and grow through Facebook and Instagram advertising. We are looking for a motivated appointment setter to help us follow up with leads and schedule meetings for our team. Responsibilities Call leads provided by our company Follow up with prospects in a professional manner Qualify leads and schedule appointments Update lead information and notes in Salesforce Maintain organized records of all outreach activity Requirements Strong English communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone Previous appointment setting or sales experience preferred Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus Reliable internet connection and headset Schedule 3 days per week 2 hours per day Flexible schedule Compensation $30 per week base pay $20 commission for each appointment that actually shows up Opportunity for additional hours and increased compensation based on performance To Apply Please answer the following: Do you have experience with appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales? Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, organized, dependable, and motivated by performance-based pay. This can become a long-term opportunity for the right person. One adjustment I'd make: define what counts as an appointment. For example: Commission is paid for appointments that are successfully scheduled and confirmed on our calendar. That avoids someone booking fake or unqualified appointments just to collect commissions.
