Appointment Setter / Lead Manager (Real Estate Investing) | Full-Time | Remote

We're looking for a rockstar appointment setter who can confidently handle inbound and outbound conversations, qualify leads, book strategy calls, and eventually take ownership of our lead management process. This is not a cold sales role. Our team generates leads daily through paid ads, social media, YouTube, and organic marketing. Your job is to engage prospects, build rapport, qualify them, and get them booked with our strategy team. If you're organized, competitive, love talking to people, and enjoy helping prospects take action, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Respond to inbound leads quickly Follow up with existing leads via Instagram, Facebook, SMS, and email Qualify prospects using our scripts and framework Book qualified strategy calls Keep CRM updated with accurate notes Follow up with no-shows and nurture leads that aren't ready yet Work closely with our sales team to maximize show rate and conversions Eventually help manage lead flow and improve our follow-up systems Requirements Excellent written and spoken English Previous appointment setting or lead management experience Comfortable communicating through text, voice notes, and occasional calls Strong organization and attention to detail Reliable internet and quiet workspace Available during U.S. business hours Experience with CRMs such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar is a plus Real estate or high-ticket coaching experience is a big bonus What We Offer Long-term opportunity with room to grow Base monthly pay plus performance bonuses Training, scripts, and SOPs provided Positive, fast-moving team culture Opportunity to advance into leadership as we continue to scale To Apply Please answer the following: Tell us about your appointment setting experience.
