We are a skincare brand hiring an experienced Lead Warmer / Appointment Setter to manage inbound, company-provided leads only. No cold calling. You will qualify and educate prospective wholesale partners (spas, salons, retailers, and online/Amazon sellers etc), then book qualified discovery calls for our Sales or Account Executive team. This role requires strong phone skills, professionalism, and full availability during U.S. business hours. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Engage and qualify inbound leads (no cold prospecting) Educate prospects on brand and wholesale opportunities Schedule and confirm discovery calls Reduce no-shows through proper preparation Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM notes and follow-ups Re-engage stalled leads strategically 🔹 Required Experience & Skills 1 year lead warming or appointment setting B2B experience preferred Confident, polished phone presence CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Highly organized, reliable, and responsive Must be fully available during U.S. business hours (PT zone)
