Appointment Setter Needed for Weka Online — USA & Australia Markets

Weka Online is looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to help us contact prospects in the USA and Australia and book qualified meetings for our sales team. The appointment setter will be promoting our Weka One solution to potential customers using an existing leads database. You will be responsible for making outbound phone calls, following up with emails, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments with interested decision-makers. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, fluent in English, organized with follow-ups, and experienced in B2B appointment setting. About the Role We will provide an existing leads database for you to work from. Your main responsibility will be to contact prospects, introduce Weka One, identify interest, and book appointments for our team. You will be expected to make professional outbound calls, send follow-up emails, update lead status, and manage appointment bookings accurately. Responsibilities Call prospects from our existing leads database Introduce Weka Online and our Weka One solution Qualify prospects based on our target customer criteria Book appointments with interested prospects for our sales team Send follow-up emails after calls Track call outcomes, follow-ups, and appointment status Maintain accurate notes in our CRM, spreadsheet, or lead management system Follow provided scripts and email templates while keeping conversations natural Handle basic objections and continue professional follow-up where appropriate Work with prospects in the USA and Australia regions Requirements Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales development Excellent spoken and written English Comfortable making outbound phone calls to business prospects Experience with follow-up emails and lead tracking Ability to work during USA and/or Australian business hours Professional phone manner and strong communication skills Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Organized, self-motivated, and target-driven Experience using CRM tools, Google Sheets, email platforms, Calendly, Zoom, or similar tools Preferred Experience B2B appointment setting Calling prospects in the USA or Australia Experience promoting software, technology, SaaS, business services, or digital solutions Ability to qualify leads and identify decision-makers Previous success booking sales appointments from an existing leads database Compensation We are open to discussing the best structure, including: Hourly rate, or Base pay plus bonus for qualified appointments booked Please include your expected hourly rate and any bonus structure you are comfortable with.
