We are looking for a sharp appointment setter and a strong one-call closer to help us convert inbound leads for our small business marketing/website offer. Leads will come directly into GoHighLevel, and your job is to respond fast, qualify the lead, book them into Calendly, and/or close them on a Zoom sales call. Our Offer: We sell a marketing/website growth offer for small business owners. The offer is either $2,500/month or $10,000 paid in full for 4 months. We need someone who can help us turn interested leads into booked calls and closed clients. Role 1: Appointment Setter You will be responsible for contacting new leads within 2 minutes of them entering our GoHighLevel CRM. You will triage the lead, ask basic qualifying questions, confirm interest, and get them booked for a Calendly Zoom call. Speed to lead is extremely important. We need someone who is organized, confident, responsive, and comfortable communicating by phone, SMS, and email. Role 2: Sales Closer You will take qualified booked calls and close the client in one Zoom call. You should be comfortable selling marketing, websites, lead generation, or business growth offers to small business owners. We need someone who can build trust quickly, diagnose the business owner’s problem, explain the offer clearly, handle objections, and ask for the sale confidently. Responsibilities include: Responding to new GHL leads within 2 minutes Calling, texting, and emailing leads immediately Qualifying leads based on need, budget, urgency, and fit Booking qualified leads into Calendly for Zoom calls Showing up prepared for booked Zoom sales calls Closing prospects in one call when there is a clear fit Updating pipeline stages, notes, and follow-up tasks inside GoHighLevel Following up with no-shows, undecided leads, and warm prospects Communicating daily with our team on booked calls, closes, and follow-up needs Compensation: We will pay $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience and role. We also offer performance incentives: 15% commission on paid-in-full sales Paid-in-full offer: $10,000 for 4 months Potential commission per paid-in-full close: $1,500 For monthly sales: 8% commission on monthly clients Monthly offer: $2,500/month Potential commission: $200/month per active client We want someone who can win with us. If you are fast, reliable, and good at turning leads into booked calls or closed deals, this can become a long-term role with consistent lead flow.
