I have a built prospect list across nonprofits, startups, and technology service partners who have already received initial outreach from me. I need a confident, professional appointment setter to work this list via phone first, with email as the follow-up channel. No prospecting required. The list is ready. Your job is to make the calls, send the follow-ups, and book the meetings. What You Will Do Call prospects directly using a provided script and talking points Leave professional voicemails when prospects do not answer Send a follow-up email within 24 hours of each call attempt using templates I provide Execute a structured multi-touch sequence across both channels Handle initial responses and move interested prospects to a booked discovery call Schedule confirmed calls directly on my calendar via scheduling link Log every call, voicemail, email, and response in a shared tracker Flag warm or hot leads immediately for my direct involvement What I Am Looking For Proven experience making outbound B2B calls to executive and founder-level contacts Confident, professional phone presence with zero hesitation cold calling Strong written English for email follow-up with a consultative tone Disciplined about sequencing, timing, and logging every touchpoint Experience with tools like Apollo, Aircall, OpenPhone, or similar dialers preferred HubSpot or CRM familiarity for activity tracking preferred US-based or overlap with US business hours required Engagement Details Type: Hourly, ongoing Hours: 10 to 15 per week to start Goal: 6 to 10 qualified discovery calls booked per month To Apply Describe a specific outbound campaign you ran, the audience, your call to email sequence, and the results you produced.
