Appointment Setter — Outbound Cold Calling + Lead Generation (Tech Services)

Hiring: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Web & Mobile Dev Services) We need an experienced cold caller to book sales calls for our web and app development services. This is outbound cold calling only. No inbound leads, no email/chat setters, no VAs, no beginners. Who you'll call (you find your own leads): Agencies that outsource dev work Local businesses Startups building apps What you'll do: Cold call US/UK business owners, get past gatekeepers to talk to decision-makers Pitch our services, handle objections Qualify the lead and book the appointment Follow up until they actually show up to the call Keep basic notes on calls and your pipeline A "qualified appointment" means: the lead understands what we do and our packages, and they show up to the call. You need: Real cold-calling experience with US/UK business owners — show us proof Fluent, confident English Your own leads (we don't give you a list) Experience booking calls for tech, digital, or agency services Available during US business hours Your own dialer atleast for the test task Pay: Base pay + 10% commission on every closed deal. Test task (paid): Book us 1 qualified appointment. We pay $20–$30 for this. If it goes well, we move to a full contract.
