Potential Earnings: $3,000–$6,500 USD per month The Ion Method is an online health and fitness coaching company helping busy executives, business owners and senior professionals transform their body composition, health, energy and performance. We are looking for a hungry, confident and highly driven Appointment Setter to join our growing sales team. This is not a passive DM-setting role. We need someone who is comfortable picking up the phone, calling leads, following up consistently and starting conversations on WhatsApp. The Role You will be responsible for contacting inbound and warm leads who have shown interest in our coaching program. Your job is to qualify prospects, understand their goals and challenges, and book qualified appointments with our sales team. Your daily responsibilities will include: Calling and following up with new leads quickly High-volume outbound dialling to existing leads in our database Sending personalised WhatsApp follow-up messages Re-engaging older leads who previously showed interest Qualifying prospects based on their goals, commitment and ability to invest Booking qualified sales calls into our closers’ calendars Following up with no-shows and prospects who have gone cold Keeping accurate notes and updating the CRM Consistently hitting daily activity and appointment targets Who We’re Looking For We want someone who is: Experienced in appointment setting, outbound sales or phone sales Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day Confident speaking with executives, business owners and senior professionals Excellent at spoken and written English Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp Persistent without being aggressive or unprofessional Highly organised with strong follow-up skills Competitive, coachable and motivated by performance-based earnings Available to work hours that overlap with Saudi Arabia and GCC time zones Experience in high-ticket coaching, fitness, health, consulting or online education is a strong advantage. Compensation This is a performance-focused role with potential monthly earnings of $3,000–$6,500 USD for strong performers. The exact compensation structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates and may include a combination of base pay and performance-based commission. We already generate leads through our marketing. We need someone who can work the leads properly, call consistently, follow up relentlessly and turn interest into qualified booked appointments. Any experience selling or setting appointments for high-ticket offers. Your experience using WhatsApp for lead follow-up. If you only want to send a few DMs per day and wait for people to respond, this role is not for you.
