Summary

We are building Upstream, a reliability layer for production computer vision systems. Computer vision often works well in demos but breaks down in real deployments because of lighting changes, blur, occlusion, camera angle issues, compression, false positives, missed detections, and scene changes. We are looking for an outbound SDR / outreach specialist who can help us get genuinely interested, qualified people onto our waitlist. This is NOT a generic lead generation job. We do not want a spreadsheet of random AI companies. We care about real waitlist opt-ins from qualified people who are actually relevant to the problem. Target prospects: - Companies using live cameras, computer vision, video analytics, robotics perception, warehouse vision, retail analytics, manufacturing QA, construction safety, security AI, smart city cameras, logistics automation, or physical AI - Relevant titles: Founder, CTO, Head of AI, Computer Vision Engineer, ML Engineer, Perception Lead, Product Manager AI/ML, VP Engineering, Innovation Lead, Operations Technology Lead Goal: Get qualified people to join the Upstream waitlist. Compensation: This is performance-based. We will pay per qualified waitlist opt-in: - $20 per qualified waitlist opt-in We are open to discussing the exact rate depending on your experience and how qualified the prospects are. A qualified waitlist opt-in means: - The person/company is clearly relevant to production computer vision or live camera AI - The person has a relevant role - The person personally replies with interest - The person explicitly agrees to join the Upstream waitlist - Their LinkedIn/company/source links are documented - We approve that the opt-in is qualified What does NOT count: - Fake signups - Friends, students, or random people with no connection to computer vision - Generic AI company contacts with no live camera/computer vision relevance - People added without consent - Scraped contacts who never replied - Unqualified newsletter/waitlist signups - Spammy outreach responses - Bots or duplicate signups What you will do: - Find relevant prospects - Write personalized outreach messages - Send or prepare LinkedIn/email outreach - Track replies - Qualify interested people - Get explicit opt-in before adding anyone to the waitlist - Document why each person is qualified Pilot structure: For the first pilot, we want to test quality before scaling. Milestone 1: Get 5 qualified waitlist opt-ins. Budget: $125–$200 depending on agreed rate. Payment is released only after the opt-ins are reviewed and confirmed as qualified. After that, if the quality is strong, we can expand to 10, 25, or 50 qualified waitlist opt-ins. Important: - Quality matters more than volume - We are not looking for mass outreach - We want people who genuinely care about computer vision reliability problems - Every opt-in must be reviewed and approved before payment - No one should be added to the waitlist unless they explicitly agree Please answer: 1.
