Appointment Setter / Outreach VA for Local Advertising Company

We operate a local direct-mail advertising company that helps businesses reach thousands of homeowners through oversized 9x12 postcard mailers. We are seeking a motivated and reliable Virtual Assistant to generate appointments with local business owners through cold calling, email outreach, text messaging, and follow-up communication. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Responsibilities Make outbound cold calls to local businesses Send outreach emails Send text messages to business owners and decision makers Follow up with prospects Schedule appointments for the owner Update CRM and spreadsheets with all activity Maintain accurate notes on every lead Follow provided scripts while sounding natural and professional Daily Expectations 40-60 outbound cold calls per day 50+ outreach emails per day 25+ text messages per day Follow up with previous prospects Update lead status after every interaction Lead Status Tracking Minimum 1 qualified appointment scheduled per week Maintain accurate CRM notes on every lead Complete 3 follow-up attempts (call, text, email) before marking a lead as unresponsive You will update each lead as: New Lead Contacted Follow-Up Needed via call, text and email(3X) Interested Appointment Scheduled Not Interested Closed Ideal Candidate Excellent English speaking and writing skills Comfortable making cold calls Appointment setting or sales experience preferred Professional and confident on the phone Organized and detail-oriented Self-motivated and reliable Able to work independently Tools Used Gmail Google Sheets CRM Phone Dialer Text Messaging Platform Training and scripts will be provided.
