This is a part-time, remote, commission-only role with flexible hours. What you'll do • Re-engage a warm pipeline of homeowners already in our CRM (your first working queue — not cold calling) • Call, text, and email inbound and outbound leads (homeowners) • Qualify prospects using a provided script (4-gate qualification process) • Book site visit or design consultation appointments for our closing team • Log all contacts and outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot) • Send follow-up reminders and our pool planning guide to confirmed appointments • Hand off a full prospect brief to the designer/closer before each appointment What we provide • A warm CRM pipeline of existing prospects to work from day one, plus inbound leads from our website and paid ads • DNC-scrubbed cold-call lists when needed — you never source your own leads • A proven qualifying script with objection handlers • HubSpot CRM access, company email, company phone line, and a professional pool planning guide to send prospects What we're looking for • Proven experience in high-ticket home improvement sales or appointment setting (pools, roofing, HVAC, windows, kitchens, or similar) • Comfortable discussing $85K+ project budgets with homeowners • Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls per day on a part-time schedule • Patient with long sales cycles — our projects close over months, not days, so disciplined follow-up matters • Strong English communication — warm, conversational, not pushy • Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) • US-based preferred for timezone alignment (Central or Eastern time zone) • Self-managed, results-driven, and comfortable with a fully commission-based structure Commission Structure • 100% commission-based, part-time role — no hourly rate • $50 per kept appointment (prospect shows up for the site visit or consultation) • $500 bonus per appointment that converts to a signed contract • Set your own hours — work as little or as much as you like • Realistic expectations: at target pace (about 1 kept appointment per week and a signed contract every month or two), expect $450–$750/month, growing past $1,000 as our pipeline scales.
