Appointment Setter (Phone + Facebook DM) - US Real Estate Coaching

About the role We run a US real estate investing coaching program, and we are hiring one hybrid appointment setter to book qualified calls for our closer. This is a phone-first role with a Facebook DM component. You are the first touch, not the closer. You start conversations in the DMs, get qualified leads onto a live call, qualify them with our framework, and book the appointment on our calendar. What you will do - Work warm and cold leads through Facebook DMs and over the phone - Qualify prospects using our proven framework - Book and confirm appointments directly on our calendar - Follow up with no-shows and re-engage older leads Track and report your own numbers daily What we offer - Base pay plus per-show and per-close bonuses (a safety net AND real performance upside) - Full training on our exact DM and phone frameworks before you touch a lead - A long-term, ongoing role with room to grow as we scale What we are looking for - Prior appointment-setting or DM experience (coaching, education, or high-ticket a big plus) - Clear, confident spoken English and a strong phone presence - Someone who can follow a script AND read the room - Fast on callbacks and reliable during US business hours (evenings and weekends included) - A reliable computer, a quality headset, stable high-speed internet, and a quiet place to take calls To apply, please include in your proposal: - A 60-second Loom (or similar) introducing yourself, so we can hear your spoken English and phone presence.
