Appointment Setter/SDR for Lead Follow-Up

I'm looking for an appointment setter/SDR to book meetings from my lead lists. I don't need you to generate leads, research prospects or run outbound just call the leads we've emailed. The ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and telemarketing, with a strong ability to schedule appointments effectively. This role requires someone who can work independently and manage their time efficiently to meet targets. Your job is one thing: contact a targeted list of prospects by phone and book 30-minute calls with our founder. You are not selling the service - you are opening doors. Full scripts, objection handling guides, and FAQs are provided. This is a per-booked-meeting engagement. You will be paid for results, not hours, at $150/meeting booked. What You'll Be Doing Calling warm leads (people who previously expressed interest in our company but went quiet) and cold leads (contacts who received emails but didn't respond) Following a provided call script and objection handling guide Booking 30-minute discovery calls with our founder and confirming calendar invites Logging every call in our CRM — contact name, outcome, notes, follow-up actions Sending brief follow-up emails where appropriate The warm list is the priority. These contacts already know who we are — the calls are re-engagement, not cold prospecting. Who We're Looking For Essential: Proven B2B outbound calling or appointment setting experience (minimum 1 year) Comfortable calling senior decision-makers — VP or C-suite level in corporate development, strategy, or private equity Native or near-native English speaker — US or UK accent strongly preferred, as we sell exclusively to US and UK markets Self-managed, reliable, and responsive — you'll be working independently Comfortable logging calls in a CRM after each conversation Preferred: Experience setting appointments for professional services, consultancy, research, or financial services Familiarity with US and UK corporate culture and communication norms Experience with HubSpot or similar tools Job Title: B2B Appointment Setter — Corporate Intelligence Consultancy (US/UK Markets) About the Role We're looking for an experienced B2B appointment setter to book discovery calls on behalf of 4D Intelligence, a corporate intelligence consultancy based in the UK. Your job is one thing: contact a targeted list of prospects by phone and book 30-minute calls with our founder. You are not selling the service — you are opening doors. Full scripts, objection handling guides, and FAQs are provided. This is a per-booked-meeting engagement. You will be paid for results, not hours. What We Provide Full call script for warm re-engagement and cold follow-up Objection handling guide covering the most common pushback Company FAQ document Targeted contact list with context on each prospect Direct calendar access to book meetings Direct access to our founder before you start Compensation $150 per qualified booked meeting — not per hour, not per dial. We pay for results. Bonuses rising with volume (eg over 20, 30, 40 calls booked per month) A qualified meeting means: 30 minutes, attended by the prospect, at VP level or above, at a company from our list that is a genuine fit for our service. What Success Looks Like We're targeting minimum of 6–10 qualified meetings per month per SDR. Consistent performers will see volume and earnings grow. This is an long-term, ongoing engagement for the right person.
