Appointment Setter for Beauty Clinic

We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to call leads and book facial appointments for our beauty clinic in Paramus, New Jersey. The first project will be a paid test using approximately 500 existing leads from our CRM. Your goal will be to contact the leads, explain the offer, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments. Before hiring, please send a short voice sample. You must speak clear, fluent, natural English that is easy for US based clients to understand. If the test is successful, the role may expand to: Calling all new incoming leads quickly Following up with leads who did not book Confirming appointments one day before the facial Helping reduce cancellations and no shows Please include: Your appointment setting experience Experience calling US customers Your hourly rate Your estimated hours to call 500 leads Your availability during Eastern Time hours A short voice sample Experience with beauty, wellness, med spa, salon, or clinic appointment setting is preferred.
