Appointment Setter for Recruiting Services (B2B | LinkedIn Outreach)

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to help us connect with businesses that are actively hiring (excluding IT and healthcare). What You’ll Do: Identify companies with 200+ employees that are actively hiring (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) Reach out to decision-makers via LinkedIn/email Start conversations and book qualified calls Target Industries: Hospitality, real estate, construction, retail, and other non-IT/non-healthcare businesses Requirements: Proven experience booking sales calls (B2B) Strong LinkedIn outreach skills Ability to identify hiring companies and key decision-makers Experience targeting mid-size to large companies (200+ employees) To Apply: How many calls you typically book weekly Your outreach process Results or past experience Looking for someone proactive, organized, and results-driven.
