Appointment Setter for Social Media Leads

TITLE: Part-Time Appointment Setter for Warm Insurance Leads (US Only, About 1 Hour a Day) DESCRIPTION: We run an insurance and financial services business with a steady flow of warm leads from our Facebook and TikTok ads. These are people who filled out a form asking for info, not a cold list. Your job: call them, have a short friendly conversation, and book them on our calendar. No selling, no license needed. THE WORK - Work 40-50 leads per day out of our CRM. Each lead gets a full "touch": two call attempts, plus a text or a voicemail - Each new lead gets touched daily for its first 3-5 days, while it's still fresh - Book interested leads on our calendar and log every call in the CRM. Confirmation emails go out automatically - About 1 hour a day, 8-10 hours a week max - Lead volume varies through the year. Some stretches are busier, some slower, and there may be periods with no new leads where work isn't guaranteed. When our offer changes, we'll do a little extra communication training to get you up to speed REQUIREMENTS - Located in the United States - Clear, professional spoken English that is easy to understand over the phone - Friendly, confident phone presence and a professional manner with every lead - Reliable smartphone at minimum and a quiet place to call from; a computer is a plus - Consistent & Professional Appointment setting, call center, or insurance experience is a plus. Pay is hourly with a possible bonus per booked appointment that shows. If it's a good fit, the role can extend long-term with potential for revenue-based compensation.
