We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Appointment Setter to join our growing marketing agency that helps home improvement and remodeling companies scale their business. If you’re confident on the phone, love building connections, and enjoy hitting goals, this could be a great long-term fit. What You’ll Do: - Call and message leads to schedule appointments for our sales team - Follow up with prospects via phone, SMS, or email - Keep detailed and accurate notes in our CRM system - Ensure each lead has a clear next step - Collaborate with team members to improve scripts and booking rates What We’re Looking For: - Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or clear accent preferred) - Experience with telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer outreach - Strong organizational and follow-up skills with a sharp attention to detail - Reliable computer and fast internet connection - Comfortable working remotely and independently What We Offer: - Long-term, stable work with consistent weekly hours - Supportive team and straightforward communication - Performance bonuses for booked and completed appointments Deliverables • Set appointments with potential clients • Conduct telemarketing calls • Maintain accurate scheduling records Please record a video no longer than 3 minutes answering the listed questions.
