Hiring: DM Appointment Setter (Commission-Only) We’re hiring a DM appointment setter to help manage conversations across IG and other social media platforms for a high-ticket 1-on-1 coaching program that helps men overcome an addiction permanently. We’re growing fast and need someone who can confidently handle DM conversations, qualify prospects, and book calls onto our sales calendar. What you’ll be doing: Responding to DMs from IG and other social media platforms Running outbound DM outreach Qualifying leads and booking them onto our sales calendar Following proven scripts and systems provided by our team Schedule: Monday to Wednesday: 7:00 AM EST to 11:30 AM EST Saturday to Sunday: 11:00 AM EST to 7:00 PM EST Compensation: $250 commission per closed deal Monthly performance bonus when KPIs are hit Uncapped earning potential What we’re looking for: Strong written communication Comfortable discussing sensitive personal topics with empathy Reliable, consistent, and coachable DM setting or sales experience is a plus, but not required What we provide: Full training Proven scripts A steady flow of opportunities from IG and other social media platforms Clear opportunity to grow into ar team lead role as we scale No cold calling.
