I am looking looking for a detail-oriented Appointment Setter to manage lead follow-up and appointment scheduling for our company and select client accounts. What you'll do: Work daily tasks assigned through our CRM system to follow up with leads and move them through our pipeline Convert leads into booked calls via email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach Schedule and confirm appointments on behalf of the company and, for some accounts, on behalf of clients we fulfill for Follow our established task/scheduling system, no need to build your own process, just execute it consistently Stay on top of every lead in your queue so nothing falls through the cracks What we're looking for: Someone proactive, you don't wait to be told a lead needs a follow-up, you already caught it Very detail-oriented, you catch small things others miss, and you don't let leads or tasks slip through gaps Reliable and consistent, even in short work sessions Comfortable working independently once trained on our system Good written communication (a lot of this is email/message-based follow-up) Familiar and comfortable with tools like GoHighLevel (CRM), Instantly AI, HeyReach, Zoom, calendar/scheduling tools, and Google Sheets Prior appointment setting, sales support, or CRM experience is a plus but not required Schedule: This is not a high-volume, sit-at-your-desk-all-day role. Instead, you'll check in multiple times throughout the day, in short 20-30 minute sessions, to stay current on tasks and keep leads moving. Total time commitment is roughly 2-3 hours per day, spread across the day rather than in one block. You'll need to be responsive and available at different points, not just once in the morning (mostly EST timezones).
