We’re a small, family-owned business that’s growing fast, and we’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to handle client communication and appointment scheduling from inbound leads, with outbound follow-ups when needed. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, staying organized, and working within clear systems.
