Appointment Setter – Cold Calling & Cold Email (B2B) We're Your Local Strategy (YLS), a growth consulting firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses generate more leads and close more clients. We're looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to join our outreach team on an ongoing basis. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Execute daily cold calls and cold emails to targeted B2B prospect lists - Qualify leads based on defined criteria and script - Book discovery calls and hand off warm prospects to our consulting team - Log all activity and notes in our CRM - Test and refine messaging to improve booking rates WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must have: - Proven cold calling and/or cold email outreach experience (B2B required) - Confident, clear communicator — written and verbal - High rejection resilience — you stay motivated, not discouraged - Self-directed: you hit daily activity targets without being chased - Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls Nice to have: - Experience with CRM tools (ZOHO, Apollo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, or similar) - Familiarity with marketing, consulting, or professional services industries - Experience with email sequencing tools (Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake, etc.) -ENGAGEMENT DETAILS - 100% remote, flexible hours but working during US Eastern Standard Time - Ongoing contract — we're looking for a long-term team member, not a one-off - Pay: hourly base + performance bonus per booked call that shows - Strong performers have a clear path to more volume and higher pay TO APPLY In your proposal, include: 1.
