Appointment setter - Automative recruitment business

I run Shift Recruit, a UK sales recruitment agency placing Sales Executives, Sales Managers, and BDMs primarily within the automotive industry. I'm looking for a lead generation specialist to help find new clients on a pay-per-lead basis. RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE WOULD BE IDEAL AND WILL SHORTLIST YOU. **What I need:** Find UK automotive businesses actively hiring, or open to hiring, for Sales Executive, Sales Manager, or BDM roles. This includes car dealerships (franchised and independent), used car supermarkets, vehicle leasing and rental companies, fleet management companies, car auctions, automotive tech/marketplaces, and automotive finance companies. Get me the correct decision-maker (Owner, Dealer Principal, GM, Sales Director, or HR/Talent contact) with verified contact details, and ideally confirmed genuine interest in speaking with a recruitment agency, not just a name and hiring signal. A GOOGLE MEETING IS THE GOAL **Structure:** - First 10 leads at a discounted trial rate, to prove lead quality - Once proven, we move to your standard rate for ongoing volume and then full time wages after 2-3 months. - commission will be paid in the future. - This is a side project I run alongside full-time work, so pace is flexible but consistency matters **Important — please read:** This is a very early-stage business and I'm not able to fund any tools or subscriptions at this time. If you already have your own dialer, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or other lead sourcing tools, that's a strong advantage and will make your application stand out. I'm not looking to cover costs for anyone at this stage. **Bonus:** Experience sourcing candidates as well as clients is a big plus, if you can help build a talent pipeline of sales candidates alongside client leads, that's extra valuable and can factor into future rate discussions. **Payment:** Per qualified lead only. No hourly rate, no retainer. This is a pay-for-performance role, ideal for someone confident in their sourcing ability. **Ideal candidate:** Experience in B2B lead generation, sales, or recruitment sourcing - automotive industry knowledge a plus but not required. Strong research skills, comfortable working independently, clear communicator. Own tools (dialer, Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar) strongly preferred
