I need an architect or architectural drafter to create a simple 2D conceptual site plan for a residential housing development. The property is a long rectangular parcel, approximately 330 ft wide x 1,270 ft long, located in Redlands, CA. I need a clean diagram-style layout showing a proposed 72-lot single-family housing development. This does not need to be a full engineering plan, permit-ready drawing, or 3D rendering. I just need a clear 2D conceptual site plan that looks professional and realistic. What I need shown: 72 residential lots Simple house footprints on the lots Internal roads / drive aisles Stormwater basin area Community open space / park area Lot numbers 1–72 Basic legend and scale Overall site boundary labeled approximately 330 ft x 1,270 ft I will provide reference images showing the style and layout I want.
