Architectural Designer & Visualisation Artist for 4 Photorealistic Stadium Bar Renders

We are seeking an experienced architectural designer and high-end visualisation artist to use an existing client reference bar as inspiration, redesign a similar but site-specific bar concept for new stadium locations, develop the design through sketches and detailed 3D modelling, and produce four final ultra-photorealistic renders. This is not a direct copy of the reference bar. The successful freelancer must interpret its design language, materials, structure and atmosphere, then redesign it to suit the proportions, architecture and conditions of the new locations. Scope Review the reference bar, site photos and available drawings. Develop initial design sketches or concept studies. Redesign and adapt the bar concept for the nominated stadium spaces. Create detailed architectural and contextual 3D models. Develop materials, joinery, structure, lighting, signage and customer-facing areas. Add realistic people, furniture, television screens and stadium activity. Produce four premium, high-resolution photorealistic images. Submit the first complete draft set within one week. Complete revisions and final delivery during the following week. Provide editable source files upon completion. The final images must look genuinely built and professionally photographed. We require the highest possible realism in materials, lighting, reflections, architectural detailing, people, atmosphere and integration with the existing stadium environment. We will provide the full brief, reference images, site photographs and available drawings to the most suitable shortlisted candidates. Please include: Relevant hospitality, bar, retail or commercial design examples. Projects where you completed both the design and visualisation. Your fixed fee for the complete four-image package. Confirmation that you can deliver first drafts within one week. Software and rendering engine used. Number of revision rounds included. Confirmation that editable source files will be supplied.
