Architectural Drafter/Designer for Residential Projects

D+D Studio LLC is a residential architectural design firm based in Virginia. We work with custom home builders and private homeowners to produce full construction document sets — from initial design concept through permit-ready CDs. We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Designer to join us on a project-by-project basis. Work includes: - New custom home design - Additions and remodels - Full permit-ready construction document sets in Revit - Coordination from schematic design through construction documents Requirements: - High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required) - Experience producing permit-ready residential drawing sets - Strong understanding of residential construction and building codes - Reliable communication and ability to meet project deadlines - Experience with floor plans, elevations, sections, details, and site plans Project scope will vary. Typical projects range from 60–100 hours depending on size and complexity. Timeline is project-dependent. We are open to both hourly and fixed-price arrangements.
