Architectural Working Drawings – 4-Story Mixed-Use Building (Revit) Three Way Builders (TWB) is seeking an experienced architectural drafter to complete a full set of working drawings for a 4-story mixed-use development at 31 Loewen Blvd. We are looking for someone who can move quickly and deliver a high-quality set. Project Details - 4 stories, 33 residential units - 10,500 sq ft commercial space on the main floor (ground level) - Multifamily suites on floors 2–4 - Located in Manitoba, Canada What We'll Provide - Revit file with the preliminary design - Design checklist outlining all required drawings and standards - A completed previous project as a reference example Scope of Work Phase 1: Produce a 66% architectural drawing set based on the provided Revit model and design checklist. All drawings must meet [jurisdiction] building permit requirements. Phase 2: Incorporate mechanical, electrical, and structural drawings (provided by TWB) into the final 99% permit-ready working drawing set.
