About Us: We are building a high performance credit repair company focused on helping clients create real financial transformation through both rapid credit improvement strategies and long term rebuilding systems. We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Repair Specialist who understands the industry deeply and thrives in a fast paced environment. This is not an entry level role. We are looking for someone who can strategically analyze credit situations, manage high client volume, and continuously stay ahead of evolving credit repair methods and regulations. Responsibilities: ✅ Review and analyze credit reports to identify strategic opportunities for improvement ✅ Dispute inaccuracies with credit bureaus, creditors, and collection agencies ✅ Develop personalized credit improvement plans tailored to each client’s situation and goals ✅ Handle complex credit cases including bankruptcies, repossessions, foreclosures, charge offs, collections, late payments, and other major derogatory marks ✅ Build both rapid repair and long term rebuilding strategies for clients ✅ Educate clients on utilization, payment structure, responsible credit usage, and financial rebuilding ✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions, dispute progress, and score improvements ✅ Manage high client volume while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail ✅ Stay continuously updated on current credit repair methods, compliance requirements, bureau behavior, and industry trends ✅ Provide exceptional communication and support throughout the client journey Requirements: 🔹 Proven experience in credit repair, credit counseling, or financial services 🔹 Strong knowledge of FCRA, FDCPA, CFPB guidelines, and other credit related regulations 🔹 Experience handling bankruptcy cases and other severe credit situations 🔹 Ability to read and strategically interpret credit reports from Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion 🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills 🔹 Tech savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and credit repair software 🔹 High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently 🔹 Self motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively 🔹 Continuously educates themselves on updated repair methods and industry changes Preferred Qualifications: ⭐ Prior experience working in a credit repair company or financial advisory role ⭐ Experience with funding preparation, loan readiness, or business credit ⭐ Experience building systems, workflows, or operational processes ⭐ Certifications in credit counseling or credit repair are a plus ⭐ Bilingual candidates are a plus Why Join Us? ✨ Remote opportunity with flexibility ✨ Competitive compensation with performance based incentives ✨ Opportunity to help people completely transform their financial future ✨ Fast growing company with long term vision and room for growth ✨ High performance environment focused on results, innovation, and continuous improvement How to Apply: 📩 Send your resume and/or LinkedIn profile 📩 Send your portfolio 📩 Include a short message explaining your experience in credit repair and why you’d be a strong fit for this role Bonus: Tell us about a difficult bankruptcy or severe derogatory case you successfully helped improve and the strategy behind it.
