JT Arena Law -Notion Workflow & Automation Wish List

We are looking for an experienced Notion developer to help us optimize and automate an advanced Notion workspace used by a U.S. law firm. This project goes beyond basic database setup and requires someone who can think strategically about system architecture, workflow automation, and long-term scalability. The attached Technical Requirements Document outlines the full project scope. It includes database cleanup, workflow redesign, task automations, dashboard improvements, deadline calculations, calendar integrations, and external automation opportunities.
