Articulate 360 (Storyline) Developer Needed – Interactive E-Learning with Custom Animations

I'm looking for an experienced Articulate 360 developer (Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360) to build engaging, interactive e-learning modules with polished animations and a smooth, user-friendly learner experience. SCOPE OF WORK: - Develop e-learning module(s) in Articulate Storyline 360 (and Rise 360 where appropriate) - Build custom animations, motion paths, triggers, and slide transitions that feel modern and intentional - Create interactive elements: click-to-reveal, drag-and-drop, scenario branching, knowledge checks, and quizzes - Ensure responsive design and clean playback across desktop and mobile - Publish SCORM/xAPI files compatible with our LMS - Apply our branding (colors, fonts, logo) consistently throughout SKILLS REQUIRED: - Proven experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise) - Strong skills in animations, triggers, variables, and states - An eye for clean instructional design and intuitive navigation - Experience publishing to SCORM 1.2/2004 or xAPI IMPORTANT - REQUIRED IN YOUR PROPOSAL: Please include LIVE links (Review 360 / Articulate Review links or hosted web demos) to Articulate courses YOU personally created.
