Articulate Rise 360 & Storyline 360 eLearning Developer

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced E-Learning Developer to join our roster on a project basis. You'll turn storyboards and raw content into interactive, learner-centric courses taking each project from concept to a polished, ready-to-deliver course, on time and to spec. This is a hands-on build role for someone who is equally comfortable in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360, has a strong eye for instructional design, and works independently to hit milestones with minimal hand-holding. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop interactive courses in Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 — including branching scenarios, knowledge checks, simulations, and gamified experiences. 2.Design graphics, animations, and multimedia; edit and integrate audio, video, and visuals on brand. Use AI tools (ElevenLabs voiceovers, AI image generation, rapid prototyping) to accelerate production without sacrificing quality. 3. Run QA across devices and browsers; implement WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards (captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, screen-reader support, color contrast, alt text). 4. Publish and test SCORM 1.2 / 2004 or xAPI packages for LMS compatibility. 5. Manage your scope independently, meet agreed milestones, and deliver both source and final files as specified. 6. Communicate clearly and provide regular progress updates throughout each engagement. Required Qualifications (Must-Have): 1. 2–5 years of e-learning development experience, backed by a portfolio. 2. Strong, hands-on expertise with Articulate Storyline 360 AND Rise 360 (mandatory) — including animations, triggers, variables, and states. 3. Comfort using AI tools such as ElevenLabs within your production workflow. 4. Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design tools; basic video editing. 5. Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards. Experience publishing to SCORM 1.2 / 2004 or xAPI. 6. A degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Multimedia, Education Technology, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent portfolio experience. Nice to Have: 1. Experience building courses for global / multi-language audiences. 2. Familiarity with common LMS platforms and troubleshooting SCORM/xAPI upload issues. 3. An eye for clean instructional design and intuitive, learner-first navigation. How We Work: Clear communication and regular progress updates matter to us.
