Articulate Storyline 360 Developer — SCORM 2004 + Arabic RTL (10-course build)

A UAE creative studio is producing 10 interactive e-learning courses and needs an experienced Storyline 360 developer to handle authoring, assessment build, and SCORM 2004 packaging. We supply all creative assets — animation (MP4), professional Arabic voice-over, graphics, and screen-by-screen storyboards/scripts. You build them into polished, interactive, SCORM-compliant courses and get them running cleanly on the client's LMS. This is not a slideware/PowerPoint-conversion project. The interactivity bar is embedded animation, custom interactions, and graded activities with instant feedback. Scope (per course, ×10) Build in Articulate Storyline 360 from our supplied media and storyboards Six interaction types: click-to-reveal, pop-ups, tabs, accordions, hotspots, timelines Drag-and-drop / decision scenario activities with per-item feedback Knowledge checks, end-of-unit quizzes, and a 30-question final assessment with configurable pass score SCORM 2004 (4th Ed) tracking: completion + success status, question-level results, scaled passing score, resume/bookmarking, completion certificate trigger Responsive HTML5 output (desktop + tablet) Test on SCORM Cloud and the client's live LMS Language: Courses are Arabic (RTL). You do not need to speak Arabic, but you must have shipped right-to-left Storyline courses. (Some courses may also have an English version.) Approach: Template-first — we build one "golden" course together, lock it, then replicate the quality across the remaining nine. Deliverables per course: published SCORM 2004 package (.zip) and editable .story source files. Timeline: Approximately 6 weeks from kickoff; hard delivery deadline. Availability across that window is essential. Contract: Fixed-price milestones (paid test task → golden template → batches → final QA/handover). NDA required.
