3D Artist & Photogrammetry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled 3D Artist & Photogrammetry Specialist to create detailed 3D models from photographs. The ideal candidate will have experience in photogrammetry and 3D modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality models. Responsibilities include processing photographs to generate 3D models, ensuring accuracy and detail, and collaborating with our team to meet project requirements. Location / Work Mode: Hybrid (Remote with on-site presence in Alpago or Agordo, BL, Italy for photo shoot sessions) Expected Start Date: Mid-September to early October Key Responsibilities Manage on-site photo shoot sessions in Alpago (Fedon) or Agordo specifically tailored for photogrammetry. Model, sculpt, optimize, and finalize high-quality 3D assets. Handle texturing, rendering, and post-production for final product delivery. Autonomously troubleshoot and resolve technical issues along the 3D production pipeline. Technical Requirements (Must-Have) Advanced proficiency in the following software: - 3ds Max - ZBrush - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe After Effects Nice-to-Have Prior experience in Photogrammetry (from raw capture to mesh clean-up and texture baking). - Experience with Clo3D or Marvelous Designer. - Experience with Unreal Engine. Personal Skills & Availability Strong Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and implement effective solutions independently. Mobility: Willingness to travel on-site to Agordo or Alpago (BL) for dedicated photo shoot sessions. High attention to visual detail, precision, and a proven ability to meet deadlines.
