Assistant For Administrative Work

I’m looking for a reliable administrative assistant to help with simple, recurring administrative tasks. Responsibilities include: * Sending emails using templates or provided instructions. * Scheduling meetings and managing calendar invitations. * Entering contact information from business cards collected at conferences into my contact list. * Sending personalized follow-up emails to new contacts after events. * Keeping contact information organized and accurate. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and has excellent written English. Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail and Calendar) and basic spreadsheet preferred. This is a straightforward, ongoing role with clear instructions and flexible hours.
