HR Assistant

Palm Communities manages multifamily properties across the Tampa Bay area. We're hiring across our portfolio and need someone to keep the pipeline moving. You'll be the first voice every candidate hears, and the person who makes sure no good applicant slips through the cracks. What you'll do Pre-screen applicants by phone and video against a simple scorecard Schedule interviews between candidates and our hiring team, and handle reschedules and no-shows Track every candidate from application to offer so we always know where each person stands Keep the applicant tracker current and send timely follow-ups so no one goes cold Send a weekly pipeline snapshot: who's where, what's stuck, what's aging What we're looking for 1+ year in recruiting coordination, HR support, or high-volume scheduling and admin Strong on phone and video; this role is live voice contact most of the day Organized under volume; you can hold 30+ candidates at different stages without losing track Clear, fast written communication; your messages represent Palm to every applicant Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet space for calls, and availability during weekday business hours US Eastern Time Nice to have Bilingual English/Spanish (many candidates screen in Spanish) Experience with AppFolio, TSheets, or Frank Crum Prior hiring-coordination experience in property management, hospitality, or another high-turnover field How we work Fast and concrete.
