AI-Assisted Launch Operator Needed for Early User Outreach and Onboarding

I’m looking for a remote operator to help launch MYCA, a new platform where people book short, focused sessions with real people who give them their full attention. This role is about finding the first right users, helping them understand the site, helping them complete the setup process, and carefully tracking what happens. This is a hands-on early-stage role. You will be doing outreach, research, follow-up, onboarding support, feedback collection, and simple tracking. You must be comfortable using AI every day to work faster and more clearly. This will be a 30-day paid trial with possible ongoing work. Required experience: Experience with lead generation, user outreach, community outreach, or customer onboarding Experience finding real people online who fit a specific profile Experience writing clear outreach messages Experience following up without sounding robotic Experience using ChatGPT or another AI tool for drafting, organizing, summarizing, and improving work Experience keeping organized records in Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or a CRM Strong written English Strong judgment with sensitive or personal topics Ability to notice quality, trust, and fit, not just volume Ability to work independently and report clearly What you will do, in order: Learn the MYCA idea You will read a short explanation of MYCA and use AI to summarize it in simple language. You will ask questions until you can explain it clearly. Build target lists You will use research and AI to create lists of potential early givers and early users. These may include thoughtful creators, coaches, listeners, community people, service providers, retired professionals, artists, writers, wellness-adjacent people, support-oriented people, and people with strong communication skills. Qualify people before outreach You will use clear criteria to decide who is worth contacting. You will look for people who seem trustworthy, thoughtful, responsive, emotionally steady, and capable of holding someone’s attention. Draft outreach messages You will use AI to create first drafts, then edit them so they sound human, simple, and specific. Messages should not sound spammy, overhyped, or generic. Send outreach and track responses You will contact people, track who was contacted, when, where, what message was used, and what happened next. Help interested givers understand the setup process You will help them understand what they need to do: create a profile, set a rate, add availability, and record a short intro video. Help improve giver intro videos You will guide givers toward a simple intro structure: “Book me when…” “To me, full attention means…” You will help them make the video clearer without making it fake or scripted. Help early users book and complete sessions You will help early users understand when to book someone and how to use the site. Collect feedback after use You will follow up after sessions and collect simple feedback: what was clear, what was confusing, what felt valuable, what broke, and whether they would book again. Organize findings You will use AI to summarize patterns from outreach, onboarding, and feedback. You will create short daily or weekly reports showing what is working, what is confusing, and what should be fixed next. Protect quality You will flag people who seem like a bad fit, confusing language, safety concerns, trust issues, or anything that could weaken the early user experience. AI usage required: You should use AI to: -summarize MYCA in plain language -generate outreach drafts -personalize messages -clean up follow-up messages -organize prospect lists -summarize user feedback -identify patterns -create daily status reports -improve onboarding instructions AI should not be used to spam people or send careless mass messages. The work should still feel human and specific. Deliverables during the first 30 days: A researched list of potential early givers A researched list of potential early users Outreach messages and follow-up templates A tracking sheet of outreach activity and responses Notes from onboarding conversations Feedback summaries from early users Weekly report with what worked, what did not, and recommended next steps
