Associate Financial Planner (Licensed, Immediate Start)

Kingsley Wealth Partners is a newly registered RIA based in Arizona, built on a 100,000+ person investor database, an active lead pipeline, and an established sub-advisory relationship for complex wealth management. We’re looking for an already-licensed financial planner who wants more autonomy and a real pipeline, not another corporate seat. What you’ll do: Deliver financial plans to warm, qualified investors coming through our pipeline. No cold prospecting. Manage client relationships post-onboarding alongside our founder. Help shape how KWP delivers planning services as one of our first licensed hires. What you need: Series 65, or Series 7 plus 66, active and in good standing. Comfort working independently in a fast-moving startup environment. Genuine interest in financial planning, not just AUM accumulation. What we offer: Competitive base plus AUM-based bonus structure.
