Atlanta Co-Living Real Estate Outreach Assistant

Seeking an Atlanta-focused real estate outreach assistant for a 15-day paid trial to research 4–6+ bedroom rental properties, contact owners/property managers, and identify landlords open to corporate lease, master lease, or professionally managed co-living/shared housing arrangements. Responsibilities include searching Zillow, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Apartments.com, HotPads, Realtor.com rentals, and local property management websites; verifying property details; sending approved outreach messages; tracking all leads in a spreadsheet; following up with owners/property managers; and helping coordinate showings, calls, or virtual tours. The ideal candidate has real estate research experience, strong communication skills, Facebook Marketplace experience, spreadsheet tracking skills, and familiarity with Atlanta metro rental markets. This is a 15-day paid trial. If the work is strong, this may become ongoing
