Summary

I'm seeking an experienced attorney licensed in California to assist with legal research and writing tasks. The ideal candidate be comfortable identifying relevant case law, both positive and negative, in a variety of areas (contracts, fraudulent conveyance, violation of civil rights). Candidate must agree to a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
