Urgent Request for Limited-Scope Attorney Assistance I am seeking an experienced attorney for urgent, limited-scope representation in a civil matter. My position is that the defendants have acknowledged defaults and that the underlying dispute has effectively been resolved, with the remaining work focused primarily on implementing and finalizing the resolution. I need an attorney who can assist with initiating and, if appropriate, finalizing settlement documentation and related legal proceedings. The representation may include preparing or reviewing settlement agreements, consent decrees, stipulated orders, releases, and other related filings. Depending on the procedural posture of the matter, representation may also involve appearances in federal and, if necessary, state court. Pro hac vice admission or other appropriate legal assistance may be required. The ideal attorney has experience in one or more of the following areas: * Employment law * Contract litigation * Civil rights litigation * Class action litigation * Federal civil procedure and settlement practice The engagement may be limited in scope but could expand if both parties agree. This matter is time-sensitive, and I am looking for counsel who can begin reviewing the case immediately. Compensation is expected to be provided pursuant to the settlement agreement and related arrangements. The anticipated attorney fee is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000 or more, depending on the final terms and scope of representation.
