Audio Engineer to Salvage Old Cassette Recordings

We have a series of audio recordings (spoken word, single narrator) that are being converted to digital from old cassette tapes. We need an audio restoration expert to take the files and clean them up as best possible and make them usable as tracks for archival videos. The tracks have varying quality (some were spoken into a microphone directly, some were recorded of the whole room with the speaker further away). There is significant peaking and ample room noise to deal with...but overall the expectation is not a perfect voice track, it's a track that still sounds real but is just easier to listen to. I can already tell you personally that this is beyond the dozens of AI processors you might be tempted to run these through for a quick result. The voice needs to be preserved in it's original energy and vibe, even if it means a little scratchiness here and there and old-timey feel that's fine. 4 tracks to start about 15 minutes each. Potentially dozens to follow for the right candidate.
