Audio Restoration Specialist — Fix First 3 Minutes of Keynote Video (AI Tools Welcome)

We have a keynote presentation video with an audio problem in the first ~3 minutes of the speaker's remarks. The rest of the keynote sounds fine — it's only the opening segment that needs repair. We were told years ago that this audio couldn't be fixed, but that was before modern AI audio restoration tools existed (Adobe Podcast Enhance, iZotope RX, Descript, ElevenLabs voice isolation, etc.). We believe it's worth a fresh evaluation by someone who knows the current landscape.
