Audio editing kids podcast

Hi - my son and I have started recording a kids podcastcalled ‘Animal face-off’ - mainly for fun and to boost his confidence a bit. He is VERY adhd so has a tendency to kick microphone stands, shuffle paper etc! This doesn’t make editing all that easy and I have found that I have had to manually edit the two audio tracks (mine and my sons) rather than using ai based tools. This obviously takes time which i unfortunately don’t have. Conversely we seem to be quite quick at recording the episodes - we have now got close to 20 unedited! So I am looking for help from somebody competent (and quicker than me!) at audio editing. Once the editing has been done I am happy to have the files back to mix / master myself or I am open to having this part done by someone too.
