Audiobook editor/producer — ACX + Findaway spec (author self-narrating, wide distribution)

I'm an author self-narrating my ~100,000-word nonfiction book (33 short "letters" of practical advice, warm conversational tone). I record on a Mac with my own mic and will deliver raw narration audio. I need a producer to take it the rest of the way — editing, mastering to spec, a proof-listen against the manuscript, and delivering distribution-ready files. The book will go out wide: ACX non-exclusive (Audible/Amazon/iTunes) plus Findaway Voices (Spotify, Apple, Google, libraries) — so files need to meet the requirements for both. I'd also want you to review a short test recording first and confirm my setup before I record the whole book. Timing: the manuscript will be final by mid-to-late July, so recording would begin shortly after. No hard launch deadline yet — I'd rather it be done right than rushed. Deliverables: - Review a short sample recording and advise on my mic/room setup before full recording - Edit raw audio: remove mistakes, breaths, clicks, mouth noise; tighten pacing; splice in my re-recorded fixes - Master to ACX technical spec (RMS −23 to −18dB, peak ≤ −3dB, noise floor ≤ −60dB, correct room tone, per-chapter files with proper head/tail) - Proof-listen against the final manuscript; flag misreads, dropped words, text mismatches - Deliver final files structured and formatted for both ACX (non-exclusive) and Findaway Voices (opening credits, 33+ chapter files, closing credits, retail sample), and walk me through or handle the uploads if needed
