Australian Customer Support - Client Intake Team

We’re looking for someone based in Australia to support our growing digital healthcare service. The role involves handling phone calls, managing client intake, and providing clear, helpful support to customers. Advising clients of their eligibility and suitability, and booking multiple appointments to successfully onboard them to our program. This is an opportunity for someone who can communicate clearly and confidently, and help keep our customer experience smooth and positive. Strong spoken English with a clear Australian accent and comfort leading structured phone conversations are essential. About the role You’ll be the first human point of contact for people seeking help with chronic pain. Many clients are dealing with complex health situations, so warmth, clarity, and good judgement matter just as much as efficiency. You’ll be supported with training, scripts, and clear processes - but you’ll need to be confident thinking on your feet during real conversations. Requirements 1) Based in Australia and legally able to work as a contractor 2) Clear Australian accent and excellent spoken English 3) Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods 4) Reliable, fast internet connection 5) Quiet, private workspace suitable for phone calls 6) Willingness to learn quickly Hours & structure - Ongoing - Consistent weekly hours - Fully remote - Training and support provided
