🇩🇪 German Telegram Sales & Customer Success Manager (Remote)

AlgoXperts is a software company providing fully automated trading systems (Expert Advisors) for MetaTrader 5. We are not a signal service, copy trading platform, or trading coaching business. Our customers run our automated systems on their own MetaTrader accounts while keeping full control over their capital at all times. We currently support hundreds of active users and are scaling our acquisition and onboarding systems across multiple markets. 🌐 Website: https://algoxperts.ai/ 🎯 Role Overview We are looking for a German-speaking Client Success & Growth Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role combining: - Customer onboarding & support - Sales & conversion communication - Lead follow-up inside Telegram - User activation & success tracking You will be the main point of contact for new leads entering our Telegram ecosystem and play a key role in turning interest into active users. This is not a traditional support job — success is measured by outcomes, not ticket handling. 💼 What You Will Do Your daily responsibilities include: - Responding to incoming Telegram inquiries (fast & professionally) - Following up with warm leads and guiding them through onboarding - Helping users get started with our software systems - Assisting with MetaTrader 5 setup (basic guidance) - Supporting VPS setup questions when needed (optional) - Managing conversations inside our Telegram CRM (ScaleGram.app) - Helping users activate access to our systems and dashboards - Supporting users through their first successful setup and usage - Identifying and converting interested users into paying customers or active users 🎯 How We Measure Success There are two ways users can convert and generate revenue in this ecosystem: 1) 💰 FTDs (First Time Deposits) – Broker Activation Model An FTD happens when a user: - opens a broker account via our partners - makes their first deposit - activates and starts using our trading system 👉 This represents a fully activated trading user. FTDs are a key growth metric because they reflect: - successful onboarding - real user activation - long-term ecosystem growth 2) 📦 EA Sales – Software Purchase Model Alternatively, users may: - purchase our Expert Advisor (trading software) - install it on MetaTrader 5 - run it independently without broker onboarding This model focuses on: - direct product sales - faster conversion cycles - standalone software usage 🔄 Simple Difference FTD Model: User becomes an active trader through broker onboarding EA Sales Model: User purchases software directly ⚖️ Why Both Matter We use both models depending on traffic and user intent: FTDs → long-term scalable growth via broker partnerships EA Sales → immediate revenue from software purchases Your role is to support both paths and maximize conversions wherever possible. 🧠 What We Are Looking For We are not looking for passive support agents. We are looking for someone who: - Communicates clearly and confidently in German - Has a sales-oriented mindset - Follows up with leads proactively (not just reacts) - Is comfortable working inside Telegram daily - Thinks in terms of conversions, not just conversations - Works independently and takes ownership of results - Responds fast and stays reliable under volume ✅ Nice To Have - Experience in sales, customer success, or lead conversion - Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 - Basic understanding of trading or Forex markets - Experience with Telegram-based businesses - CRM experience (any system) - VPS or technical onboarding experience 🧩 What We Provide We will fully onboard you into our system.
